Prices and payment
How much is a single reel?
249 zł net for filming and editing up to 60 seconds. In a package of four reels from one session 890 zł, on a subscription from 1,490 zł a month for four reels.
Are the prices on the site final?
Yes. The price list is public and does not change after the call. Extras apply only to things outside the package: an additional reel 199 zł, another hour of filming 190 zł, travel beyond 50 km 1.2 zł/km.
What is the −30% trial shoot?
A new client gets the first session with a 30% discount: one shoot, a few reels, no commitment. If the material works, you move to a subscription or order further sessions.
Does the subscription have a minimum term?
Yes, three months, because regularity needs time to work. Cancellation with one month's notice.
Timing and the shoot
How long from enquiry to finished files?
The first shoot closes within 7 days: a call, a shot plan, a shoot day. Finished reels arrive 72 hours after the shoot, a brand film within 7 days.
Do I have to close the venue for the shoot?
No. We film during opening hours, around customers. Empty interiors are filmed at dawn or after closing if needed.
How many people will come?
One: the operator with a camera, a gimbal, microphones and a drone. That is enough for a local business, and there is no crew to accommodate.
What if it rains?
Weather does not affect interior filming. A drone flight is moved to a backup date at no extra cost.
Do you film outside Warsaw?
Yes. Travel within 50 km is included, beyond that 1.2 zł per kilometre. We have filmed in Zakopane, among other places.
People on camera and the law
I cannot talk to a camera. What then?
You do not have to. Most reels are hands, the product and the venue, with no talking. If you want to say something, we ask questions from behind the camera and you answer as in a conversation.
What about guests' and customers' faces?
We frame shots so that bystanders are not recognisable, or we ask for consent. Staff are informed in advance. We help prepare a simple consent form and a notice at the entrance.
Who owns the footage?
You do. The finished reels and the raw footage are yours, with no time limit, for social media, the website and ads. We only ask for consent to show a fragment in our portfolio.
Where does the music come from?
You pick music from the Instagram or TikTok library when posting; that is the safest option on those platforms. You can also provide your own licensed track.
Can a drone fly over my venue?
It depends on the address: most of Warsaw requires flight registration, some locations PANSA approval. We check within a day once we have the address.
Preparation and results
What should I prepare before the shoot?
The venue as on its best day: tidy, lights on, the product ready to show. The rest is in our pre-shoot checklist.
Do you post for me?
On Growth and Pro, yes, on two platforms according to the calendar. On Start we hand over the finished files with captions.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two. One is usually enough, because we agree the shot plan before filming.
Do I get the raw footage?
Yes, for a full or half shoot day the raw files are included and arrive together with the finished clips.
When will I see results in reach?
The first reels show what works after 2–3 weeks. Steady growth in reach comes after 2–3 months of regular posting, which is why the subscription has a three-month minimum.
