Who a drone makes sense for
A drone pays off when you have something to show from above: a terrace, a garden, a roof, the shape of the building, a plot, a location by a park or water. We fly most often for developers and estate agents, hotels and apartments, restaurants with gardens, sports and golf clubs and companies with their own grounds. For a venue in a courtyard or a shopping mall a drone makes no sense, and we will say so.
Zone map over Warsaw
On the map: the red hatched area is the Chopin Airport CTR, where every flight is registered in DroneTower; solid red marks prohibited zones (DRA-P) and the 1 km strip around the airport; orange marks DRA-R zones that need the manager’s consent (plants, military sites, some parks). Crosses are rescue-helicopter pads.
Rules and zones in Warsaw
We fly in the open category under EU rules: a maximum of 120 m above ground, within line of sight, never over crowds. Our DJI Air 3S carries the C1 class, so it may operate in subcategory A1 near uninvolved people.
A large part of Warsaw lies under the control zone of Chopin Airport and inside restriction zones. That is why before every flight we check the map in the DroneTower app of the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency and register the flight. Some locations need approval and over some we will not fly at all. Send us the address and within a day we will tell you whether, and at what height, filming is possible. More on the rules on our blog.
What you get
- 4K drone footage over the venue and its surroundings: fly-overs, an orbit, a reveal, a descent onto the entrance.
- A 30–60 second clip edited in landscape 16:9 and portrait 9:16.
- The raw drone footage for your own posts.
- Zone checks and flight registration included, a backup date in case of weather.
Drone plus camera
The combination works best: 10 seconds from above to open, then the interior and the people from the ground. That is why the drone is already included in the 1,890 zł shoot day, and the Growth subscription has one flight a month. That is how we filmed Stone Suite in Zakopane: drone over the valley, interiors and UGC reels in two days.
