What we film for real estate
- The development by drone: the massing, the surroundings, the access, the view from the height of specific floors.
- The show flat: a smooth gimbal walk-through, 60–90 seconds, daylight.
- Sales reels: 9:16 with the price and floor area in the frame, one per flat type.
- A house or plot for sale: a flight with a 30–60 s clip for the agency.
- Construction progress: the same frame every month for clients who have already bought.
Formalities
Before flying over a construction site or an estate we need the consent of the manager or site supervisor, which is one e-mail. We check the zone in DroneTower; most of Warsaw requires registration, some locations PANSA approval. We have described it for specific districts: Mokotów, Wilanów, Ursynów, Praga-Południe. The footage is yours, with no time limit, for portals, the website and ads.
The sales office package
For a single development, usually a shoot day at 1,890 zł: drone, show flat, four clips. For an agency that sells continuously, the Growth subscription: eight reels and a flight a month, a steady supply of material for every new listing.
