What we film in Mokotów
Estates and show flats in Służewiec and Lower Mokotów, office buildings along Domaniewska and Puławska, restaurants with gardens near Pole Mokotowskie and in Sadyba, sports clubs and schools. From above the best views are the greenery of Pole Mokotowskie, the Warsaw escarpment, Czerniakowskie Lake and the new residential quarters.
Zone map over Warsaw
On the map: the red hatched area is the Chopin Airport CTR, where every flight is registered in DroneTower; solid red marks prohibited zones (DRA-P) and the 1 km strip around the airport; orange marks DRA-R zones that need the manager’s consent (plants, military sites, some parks). Crosses are rescue-helicopter pads.
Zones in Mokotów
According to PANSA data as of 17 October 2026, about 86% of Mokotów lies within the Chopin Airport control zone (CTR EPWA), and roughly two thirds within the 6 km band around the airport, where lower height limits apply. The district also contains 4 prohibited DRA-P zones and 11 DRA-R zones that need the manager's consent, plus a rescue-helicopter pad.
In practice: the closer to Okęcie and Służewiec, the lower the permitted height and the more often consent is needed. Over Lower Mokotów, Sadyba and Stegny, outside the 6 km band, registering the flight in DroneTower is usually enough. Zones change, so we check the map on the day of the shoot.
How it works for you
You send the address; within a day we tell you whether, and at what height, filming is possible. On site the flight takes 15–30 minutes: a fly-over, an orbit, a descent onto the entrance. The rest of the day we film from the ground: interiors, people, the product. You get a 30–60 second clip in portrait and landscape within 72 hours. The full flight rules for Warsaw are on the service page.
