What we film in Ursynów
New estates in Kabaty and along Puławska, service venues and restaurants along KEN avenue, fitness clubs, schools and kindergartens, houses in Pyry and Dąbrówka. From above: Kabaty Forest, Natolin Park, Kopa Cwila and the green belts between estates that are invisible from the ground.
Zone map over Warsaw
On the map: the red hatched area is the Chopin Airport CTR, where every flight is registered in DroneTower; solid red marks prohibited zones (DRA-P) and the 1 km strip around the airport; orange marks DRA-R zones that need the manager’s consent (plants, military sites, some parks). Crosses are rescue-helicopter pads.
Zones in Ursynów
According to PANSA data as of 17 October 2026, the whole of Ursynów lies within the Chopin Airport control zone (CTR EPWA), and about 84% of the district within the 6 km band around the airport. A small strip along the western edge, about 8% of the area, falls within the 1 km band where we do not fly. There are also 4 DRA-R zones and a rescue-helicopter pad.
The further east and south, towards Kabaty, Natolin and Kabaty Forest, the simpler it gets, though still inside the CTR and with registration in DroneTower. Kabaty Forest is a nature reserve with its own restrictions; we film it from the edge, not over the trees.
How it works for you
The address, a zone check within a day, 15–30 minutes of flying and a clip within 72 hours. If the ceiling at your address is too low for a good shot, we will say so and suggest a ground shot or a gimbal shot from height instead. The flight rules for all of Warsaw are on the service page.
